I am a racer in Cat 4, and I am looking at buying a new computer. I am looking at either the Cateye Strada Double Wireless with cadence, or the Cateye Strada Digital Wireless with heart rate. Baisclly my question is which would be better to aid me in my training? BTW, my coach gives me my training in RPM not heart rate.

I'd say you should go with heart rate. You can use heart rate to determine what zones you are training in and to make sure you're riding easy enough on the recovery days. Without a reference people go too hard on rest days and too easy when intervaling. The most optimum route would be to train with power obviously, but the next best thing is heart rate IMO.
