Hi all,
I have a Ridley damocles with an oversized lower headset cartridge bearing. I need to replace the bearing as it has become rough. Thing is, I can't get it out, it's stuck in the headtube.
Any tips?
thanks in advance

No worries, took it to the LBS, who tapped it out with the appropriate tool, only to find that it had had loctite applied to it. Stupid shop that assembled it originally. All fixed. Cheers

Good to know...thanks for posting the resolution. I just put together an Excalibur and the bottom bearing fits into the headtube REAL snug. I just used grease when I installed (no loctite) so hopefully when I have to replace it will come out w/o needing a tool.

BTW, how many miles did you get out of the bearing? Was it difficult finding a replacement?
