C2, no. Belgium+, yes. You can of course convert the C2 to use with tubeless by using a Stan's strip or one of a million other techniques. The Belgium+ just takes two wraps of whatever rim tape you like (see other thread) and valves and it works well.
If you use the C2 as tubeles be wary of your choice in tires, regardless if they are tubeless. Not all combos/pressures work the same and its not unique to C2 but to all non-tubeless-ready used as tubeless-ready.
