Good god. Help. Could anyone possibly tell us what year this restored Tommasini might be? Having a hell of a time determining the vintage.

Any guesses?

Looks like a late 70's bike. Assuming the second bottle cage mounts were added when it was re-painted. If originally 2 mounts then I'd say mid 80's.
