I have a choice of hills in my area. Question is should i go up the steepest(12/15%) with slower cadence or the easier ones with higher cadance. in both situations my heart rate could be the same.
Not any related goals, I think i have boiled it down to mashing or spinning?? I tend to spinn all the time. Does mashing up a hill have a place in trainning?
