I found the information on this page about sweetspotting to be very informative. But in short to find your sweetspot, use one of many methods to find your threshold (be it by power, PE or HR) and then sweetspotting covers from tempo work up to around threshold. That's a bit of an over simplification.
Thanks for the information, which one do you use for your sweet spotting ?
I think I'm interesting with the motoric one...

I have a plan in creating a motoric spinner with the power off 100 or 200 W motor...
spin for 1 hour or 1,5 hours..

Which is best ? I'm generating power using altenator or I'm trained by the 200W motor spinning ?
