I'm looking to build my first nice road bike, and I've already got a good deal on some Shimano Ultegra components and a wheel set, so I just need a frame. I don't have experience shopping for parts online, so I don't really know where to look. My price range is $200-300, and I've checked eBay as well as some other sites, the best thing I've found is a Motobecane Le Champion Frame Set from Bike Island for $275.

Is this a decent entry level frame?

Are there good websites that I should check out?

that's a tough price range to find something. you may want to check Nashbar or Performance, sometimes they have cheap frames. GVH might too, like a Surly. on ebay you just have to look for your size, usually someone's selling Leader frames on there. The Motobecane would be fine, i think it's made in Taiwan like just about everything else. check Bikes Direct, they sell Motobecane. obviously if you can spend more then your options open up more.
