How do you inflate the tire on a zip disc, or something along those lines?

Disc wheels have a cutout where the valve stem is exposed. Silca, among others, makes a pump head especially for disc wheels (the pump hose comes out the side). Depending on the wheel, there is some sort of plug or cover for the valve stem hole so you can't see the hole when the wheel is whizzing by, but it's easy to see upon inspection.

If its a tubular wheel with a latex innertube you'll notice how it slowly loses air until its pressure is equal to ambient pressure. I do the reverse. I put the wheel in a high pressure chamber (set to about 15% greater then what i plan to run) and just wait for the pressure to build back up to what I prefer. I set it above running pressure just to speed the process as the last few PSI takes forever to equalize.
