So here's the question:

You're given the choice between an '09 Rival RD for $X or an '09 Force RD for $X + $36... Is the Force RD worth an extra $36 out of your wallet? Why or why not?

Yes. Forget the tiny weight issue, the carbon, bushings, looks and whatever else makes up the difference. Your going to the next level. amortized over 3 years is what? 1 dollar a month .... My bar tabs have been higher. get it.

I guess I was most curious if there is any difference in shift feel :) A couple grams doesn't excite me - I'm not a weight weenie!! :eek:
