60% of the days in July were days clear of clouds.

30% of the days in July were partly cloudy.

10% of the days in July were cloudy, some of them with precipitation.

Divide by zero and you get eleventy!

It's just confusing because they really shouldn't have labeled the yellow zone that way. Focus on the other areas (cloudy, precip., etc.). The sunny days are "the rest."

My main other piece of advice is, wherever that is, don't move there.

The more yellow the greater the percentage of clear days. The more maroon the greater the percentage of cloudy days.

May - Sept. over 50% of the days are clear.
Oct. - April over 50% of the days are cloudy.

OK, I think I'm getting it. To know the % of days clear of clouds, I have to subtract the percent of days that have clouds from 100%; the difference is my answer. Thanks!
