I haven't checked the second one, but the first one from habcycles can simply be downloaded to your computer. Right-click. Click Save As. Go from there.
Gee, I use good old trig. The stem angles in road bike terms are 82 and 73, so the angle with the ground would be about 9 and zero, with a 73 degree HTA. The rise of the 82 would be 110 x sin9 = 17mm and the other stem has no rise.
