I am looking to buy a custom Moots cross bike. I live in Detroit so it would be easy to get to Canada, can I get a bike cheaper there?

That would be great. The reason why I thought this, was a ran into someone, unfortunately, I don't remember there name at a race and they said they got this awesome deal in Canada for a seven. I don't know if it was a special sale or what. Anyways, asking for me would be a huge help.
