Has anyone ever purchased a frame from Hendy Pratam, not sure about purchasing from out of the U.S. Their frames are consideratly less, but do you ever receive them.

All the Indonesia-origin websites selling high-end stuff for insane prices are scams. This gets posted here every once in a while, just do a search.

I agree with o_j, just take the extra precaution when dealing with the Indonesian based website supplier. Said that not all of them are crooks. When I was living there, we (the bike enthusiast) tried to track them up and getting to the authority coz those guys just ruining others doing descent business.
Indonesia is a big market for bike esp mtb, in fact some international brand were fabricated there. Some local brand were quite good (alu and carbon frames, road and mtb) and priced very competitive as compared to international brand. But yes, it doesn't make sense to get international brand from Indonesia, although when you bought (bike or component) directly from the LBS there was relatively cheaper (believe it or not).
You just need to know who you are contacting with.
