Hey everyone I am looking for some intervals to do on the trainer. Specifically for efforts that last for 30s, 1 min, and 2 mins in a sprint. I would like to develop higher maximum power and ability to recover from intense effort. Any ideas? Thanks.

Arnie Baker's "Smart Cycling" book has lots of trainer workouts.

What he said about Arnie

he has a whole winter/trainer program... plus many other workouts.
His book is a real training book, so is a worth while book to have for the self coached or the student of cycling.:)
