Intrgrated headsets

Need some suggestions on how to stop my intergrated headset from creaking . Ive done most of the usual things such as lub and adjusting.Its a cane creek installed in a 04 Litespeed Tuscany.

How do you know it's the head set? Under what conditions does the noise occur? What does it sound like?
