Saturday was warm enough that we could actually look forward to riding. Temps would get into the upper 40's. This was the first ride of the year (outside at least) for a few of these guys.

J, the manager at my LBS rallied the troops together for a ride.

It was warm, but very windy...

We headed out into the wind for the first half of the ride. It was pretty nasty. I have trouble taking pics with full-finger gloves. The wind made it impossible. I kept it in my pocket until we had a tailwind.

I did pull it out during stops. Terry, a long time MTBer, just purchased his first road bike last week.

Tailwinds and new pavement...Ahhh!!!!

They repaved this road in the fall. Much better!
