Lots of rest and lots of liquids between now and then, and many people respond well to lots of fruit as well. Your plan to go hard on Sunday is probably a mistake. Even if you feel OK on Sunday AM, going deep into your reserves could leave you with a bad cold on Monday and a lot of suffering down the road. Just be happy to finish the distance when you have a cold and don't get greedy.
