I haven't rode my bike in like 4 years. I did stay fit by lifting weights and doing spin classes in the meantime. In doing so I've lost 20 lbs. I'm starting to feel pretty decent once again.

It feels great to be back on my bike. I'm taking my time and going hard when I need to. Just wanted to share with you guys and gals.
