Keens are make great roomy casual shoes for big old feet, but their cycling sandal is a narrow little torture rack.

They just came out with an actual SPD shoe called a Springwater. Has anyone actually tried them on, and are they roomy like normal Keens or a reproduction of that ridiculous AAA sandal that only someone who grew up with bound feet could wear?

Never tried them but it looks like more of a mtn shoe. I wear Keen Ochoco trail running shoes off the bike and I love em. They're wider than my Salomon XA Pro trail shoes but not too wide that they don't fit my plain ol' normal with feet.

there are other spd sandals - Shimano of course, Nashbar carries a knock-off brand, and one more that I'm forgetting.
