The SL3 version is very similar, with the biggest difference being the asymetrical/offset rear rim giving a claimed increase in stiffness/strength.

For the front, the carbon composite hub on the SL3 becomes a carbon weave hub.

I have a set of SL3's in tubular, when I looked at the SL Premium, I found it very difficult to justify the expense of an upgrade.

If you are looking at an older SL, the improvements may be enough to warrant the upgrade.

Both wheels should roll out identically. Everything is exactly the same except a Ti- rear axle and Ti- skewers on the Premium. Plus you get wheel bags with the Premium's

The Premiums are also only available in clincher while the SL is also available in tubular.

Other than the "Bling" of saying you got the "Premiums" I wouldn't waste the additional money.
