You might be a candidate for a custom frame. Or maybe not, you will have to check and see what manufacturers make larger frames. Colnago has up to a 65cm frame for a Master X-Light.

Your biggest problem will be wheels. Get some 36's laced to Centaur or Ultegra hubs. Velocity or Mavic OP or Open Sport rims. Or use rims made for a tandem.

I'm 6'4", was 235 lbs., now 185 lbs. Most of the basic fit calculators work just fine (I like WrenchScience, look at Zinn's for another take). GVH Bikes usually has some nice frames in larger sizes. Ebay is another option, but don't expect to get a deal - I find that the larger frames go fast and for a bit more than might be expected.

Dino is absolutely right regarding wheels. You might also want to make sure that the bike you choose has clearance for slightly larger tires - maybe 28 mm.
