I have a 2004 Specialized Robaiux Comp. It came with a 26mm cheaper aluminum handlebar. I have a 80x115 profile H2O stem on the bike. It is short and has quite a rise to it but it fits. I want to upgrade to a 31.8 carbon bar and will need a new stem. I can not find any desent stems that have this much rise that will fit a 31.8 carbon bar. Would like to go with a flatter stem but the back can't take it anymore. Open to ideas.

Can you use spacers? Adjustable stems are also available.

Why not get a pair of 3T Less 199 bars. Theyr'e 25.8 diameter but lighter than nearly all the carbon bars out there and cheaper to boot?
