I tried to sign on to Mavic's web site to download a user manual for their cycle computer. But it required a user name and PW. Does anyone know the default ones?

I cannot understand why Mavic (or any other supplier) would want to limit distribution of user manuals. The manuals are only of use to people who have the Mavic products.
