me first and the gimme gimme's are almost punkish...i first heard them from my old roommate who was also a huge black flag fan...you should take a listen to them.

Me First and the Gimme Gimmies were supposed to be the support act at some gig I went to but when they couldn't make it Snuff played instead and turned out to be much better than the main act (forgotten who ). They did a kick-ass version of Spice Girls' Wannabe which had me rolling on the floor in drunken mirth.

Fat Mike from NOFX is in Me First. I think they have a guitar player from the Foo Fighters too. They are on Fat Wreck. Good Band.
