OC CX all day, every day...
They're more puncture and cut resistant...the casing on the PR3 is baloney skin.
They have are far more comfy...larger volume and cotton/poly casing equates to better ride.
They are more compliant. I feel more secure diving a OC CX into turns than I did the PR3.
OC CX with a latex tube is as close to a tubie ride as you're gonna get!

I get Contis for free and still pay for Vittorias!

Easy!

Speed, Grip, RR, puncture resistance.: Pro 3

Suppleness, Handling, comfort, all terrain grip: Vitt CX.

The tire that I feel is ib tween is the new Schwalbe Ultremo R.
The RR is even with the Pro 3 as is grip, Its closer to the CX in comfort and handling as does VERY well with puncture resistance. Much improved over the older model.

The fastest and clinchers with good compliance is the Ultremo R and Pro 3.
Best Clinchers period overall, The Vittoria CX. When you combine everything.

I always use Latex tubes as well.

I use the CX is the wet summer and Ultremo R is the dry winter.

Any opinions on the Krylion vs PR3's? Or do folks still think the Evo CX is THE tire?

I agree that pro3's are super tough, but have a harsh ride. I don't like them on my aluminum bike and aksium races. But that's me.
