I ordered gold ti spokes; I got gray. I sent a pleasent letter stating only what the problem was, not requesting the gold spokes. (I don't really care, and would rather build the damn wheels!) Alex wrote me back this morning, saying that the gold ones were in the mail! These are custom cut spokes at $2 a piece! Anywhoo, big shout-out.

Mike and Alex are great

I spent a ton of time with them on my wheel build. Very patient, and my wheels are absolutely fabulous. The only knock I have ever heard was the slow response to email, but personally I can live with that for the credibility and quality.

I will definitely buy from them again, and I steer all my friends there. (Alright, I don't have that many friends, but I would steer them there if I did!).
