Booooorrrrrring. Moab is about slickrock and technical single track, and that's neither.

Been there many times. Porcupine Rim, baby. From town, of course.

I've done Porcupine Rim at least 6 times. I needed something more challenging.

We spent over a week out there last fall. That road was fun. I took our 4X4 down it and all around the river edge before dropping back down into Moab. Talking about views!

Porcupine from town is okay if you go to the water trough. We took the shuttle from town and it took us up much higher. I'm old, fat and lazy...but have the $ to ride the shuttle. :thumbsup: Riding the road on a MTB sucks.

Looking at pictures like that here and on MBR cost me a bunch of money a couple of years ago. I had to work real hard to convince my family to go. Now Moab is their favorite place.
