Garmin makes a forerunner adapter,cheap and works well

One of my buddies wrapped some of "that foam sheet with holes in it stuff that people put under things to prevent them from sliding" around the bars to build it up big enough to fit the watch around. Could probably also be achieved with some bar tape.

The Garmin mount would probably be the most elegant/easily removable option though.

Yeah, I only mentioned the Garmin because I spent less than $10 on the last one I had.. So it was hard to beat time/cost wise
