I recently upgraded to a new frame, and I'd like to move my SRAM Force hydraulic brakes to it from my current ride. Both bikes have internally routed brake lines.

So the question: what's the easiest way to remove and re-install the brake line? Should I be removing it from the caliper or the lever end? I'd like to reinstall the same brake hose on the new frame, so am looking for an approach that would let me reuse as many parts as possible (i.e. not just cutting the hose.) Anyone got tips on this?

(FWIW I'm a MTBer and have done many installs/bleeds on MTB brakes, just not sure how the road versions differ.)
