I rode in the rain this weekend and now I've got mud and gunk on the bottom of S-Works shoes and in the cleats. What's the best way to clean this? Do you think it would be a problem to submerge the Boa rachet?

When your shoes get really bad, just throw them in with a load of wash (cold water). I've been washing bike shoes with the regular laundry for many, many years. Works like a charm.

Just wipe them down with your bathroom towels. The dirt should wash out.
