So I was cleaning my bike and my rear wheel felt loose. So I checked the rear hub, it felt fine, but the rear wheel still felt like it had play from side to side. Afters sitting on the floor and changing wheels between bike several time I determined that the hardware connecting the seat stay to the dropouts and chainstays are loose. Its a Serotta Ottrott.

I shouldn't ride it like this, right?

Attached is a camera phone picture, sorry, but hopefully some one will know what tool I need to add to my collection.

Go to the Serotta forum and post your problem. I guarantee you'll get a proper answer. They're good people there, and you might as well go to the source.

Yeah thats what I thought I would do... but you have to be approved before you can post in there. So I thought I would try here on the chance that some one knowledgeable looks at both forums. Thanks though.
