Can you tell me what racks you have on the bike ?
What Panniers are those and are you happy with the Panniers and the bike ?
I love my Fuji and have also done a lot of up grades.

Great bike for the money! I used Tubus racks on this bike and they are excellent. The panniers were purchased used off of craigslist (REI brand). The rears are great, but the fronts take a bit of effort of get them to sit right....not a big deal if you don't take them off the bike during the tour each night like I do. I sleep with the bags in my tent for theft measures... Oh..the bar bag is Jandd. They make excellent products too.. None of my stuff is water proof though. I do my touring usually in S. Cal area in summer, so not much concern for rain. When it does rain, I use water proof covers...
