You look scrunched up IMHO. But seriously, if you can straddle the top tube and the fit is comfortable, go for it.
I've got a fixed gear that's at least 2 sizes too big for me. I have about 3" of seatpost showing and less than zero standover clearance... But the bike rides wonderfully.
