Have a set of 88 mm clinchers from yishun bikes. They have been trouble free except for the front hub doesnt roll very well. I can tell a major difference when the skewer is tightened. The hub is a A271SB with bearings that press into the ends and capped with a small dustcover secured with a grub screw. So far I have removed both bearings, replaced one,(even though both felt smooth) and removed seals on bearings to make sure they are greased well. Any advise to make the wheel roll better would be appreciated....Again, it rolls fine until the skewer is clamped
Thanks..

Had a set of Bontragers that did the same.
Loosen what you're calling the grub screw so there's a tiny amount of play out of the fork then, when it's installed in the fork and QR tightened, it should be good. Right now it probably already feels good out of the fork but probably getting tighter when the QR is locked down.
Good luck.
