i recently purchased a set that came w/ reynolds's own carbon brake pad and they squeak really bad. at first, i thought it would go away but after about 200 plus miles and they still squeak. it does it when braking to a quick stop. any one else experiencing this? i have some swiss top yellow on my bontrager aeolus and they real quiet. any ideas? thanks.

If your calipers/brake shoes are capable, the recommended approach is to toe in the pads. But that's only a temporary fix until the pads wear down. I think of it as a feature as I don't have to yell "Stopping!" in a group ride at the bottom of a hill at a stop sign :)
