Just finished this caad 8 built up with all used parts, using my graduation money. I already had the wheels but the rest came in around $1500. Let me know what you think!

saddle position

actually the saddle has kind of a wierd shape. it bows up in the middle so for the most part it is flat and then tilts down towards the tip. I haven't actually had a chance to ride it, we will see what the fit is like.

Don't you know you're supposed to spend your graduation money on tuition and books?:rolleyes:

I've always had a soft spot for C-dales, though I've never owned one. Looks very cool.:thumbsup:

Dude...that is a great looking bike. Time for you to go hit some local crits.

I met a guy at a race here in Austin this past weekend. He'd built up a CAAD8 frame with a Ksyrium SL front, a Zipp404 rear, Campy Record crank, ultegra RD. It was definitely an odd mix, but it worked for him. He managed 10th out of 70 in his race that day.
