I am in the market for new carbon clinchers.

I will primarily use them for flat rides.

I am currently considering:

- Zipp 404 NSW
- Enve 4.5
- Enve 6.7
- Bontrager Aeolus 5 D3

- Bontrager Aeolus 7 D3

My own favorite is ENVE 6.7 because:

  • I have received a fairly attractive offer for them making them the less expensive wheel set among the wheel sets listed above

  • I already have Zipp 303 and would like a set of aero wheels to compliment those (concerned that Enve 4.5 and Bontrager 5 D3 will come to close to my existing Zipps in term of rim height)

  • Enve 6.7 generally seems to have received fine reviews

Having said that, it seems that Enve 6.7 is not being produced anymore, and I am concerned that I am buying yesterdays’ model. That would leave me with the new Zipp 404 NSW or Bontrager Aeolus 7 D3

Any views on the above models?
