My Nuvi doesn't have those same people, maybe they are new hires.

But, I have been using British Emily ever since I first turned mine on. The Australian accent was too grating when I was lost in the twisty, turny streets of Dublin. Emily sounds far more calm and reassuring.

lol I don't remember what name, but the british female voice I use always always struck me as a bit snappy which makes me laugh.

Anything other English in my Nuvi is annoying. Even the American chick can't pronounce half the street names in SoCal because they are Spanish in origin. Annoying at times, hilarious at others when she really butchers the name.
