My Swift was giving me too many problems.

Seat post was slipping and driving me absolutely nuts. I tried everything to stop it from slipping. And believe me I was considering driving a bolt through the seat tube and the seat post to keep it in one place. What pushed me over the edge was getting it to stop slipping by wrapping it in tape, but then I couldnt raise it anymore after it went down a bit.

Picked up this frame for good price. Converted it to fixed and transferred parts over.

Picking up a Cervelo fork to complete the package.

Rides and corners like it is on rails.

Drop from seat to bars is a bit severe but power transfer is all there.

I am still trying to figure out where to cut the steerer tube so I mounted the computer on the top tube for the moment - it wont fit on the stem right now.
