I have a 143 toupe and it's definitely more comfortable than the SLR and Fizik Pave I had. I find there is a sweet spot on the saddle and any other spot causes numbness. I like to move around on the saddle a little bit ... overall, I am happy with it.

It all comes down to your butt. We sell a fair number of the SLR Gel Flow and of the SMP saddles.

If it's just slight numbess you might get away with the cutout/gel of the SLR Gel Flow. If you spend alot of time on the front of the saddle you might consider an SMP.
