don't assume that you'll be able to run just because you can ride your bike. one of my buddies i train with is a national-level cyclist and the guy takes 22 minutes to run a 5-k...your muscles get way too specific if you stick just to cycling. it takes time to get your body used to the demands of running. if you don't like running, don't start tri's, because when youre coming from cycling, it's usually the most rude awakening.
