Trek Factory Racing Team Bikes

Each pro team rider gets to choose from one of the three bikes depending on the race and circumstances.

On the heels of Trek Factory Racing's second season team launch, Wisconsin-based bike maker Trek is making all three of the team's primary race bikes available to the public via the company's custom bike program, Project One.

Trek Factory Racing's Viper Red Émonda (super light climber), Domane (rough road classics), and Madone (traditional race bike) are all available. Team bikes built via Project One will come complete with all team sponsor logos and graphic details featured on the team's equipment.

Of course riding what the pros ride doesn't come cheap. A Seven Series Madone with team paint, a Shimano Dura Ace Di2 drivetrain, and Bontrager Aeolus 5 carbon clincher wheels will set you back a tidy $12,389.

The Madone is the aero choice of Trek Factory Racing and uses Kammtail Virtual Foil design that's claimed to provide an additional 25 watts of free power.

Trek will also continue to offer the "Spartacus" theme inspired by classics great Fabian Cancellara across all three road bike platforms. This admittedly stunning paint job pushes cost to $12,600 if you stick with the same top shelf spec kit.

"The combination of Project One and the team puts Trek in the unique position of being able to offer these bikes to the world," said Trek road brand manager Michael Mayer. "Racing is at the heart of what we do, and offering this connection between cyclists and the pinnacle of their sport is something we're proud to be a part of."

The Domane is designed to conquer the cobblestone roads of the early spring classics and has been ridden to victory in the Ronde van Vlaanderen and Paris-Roubaix.

The Émonda is designed to create the lightest line of production road bikes. For the athletes of Trek Factory Racing, Émonda is the weapon of choice when the course turns uphill.
