I have a 2005 Nishiki Ultra Pro Hybrid, pictured here

It has Ultegra and Carbon fork on 9,8 kilo total - wheels are linus. 1500 dollar bike.
I use it to bike to work, 40 km.
Either i want to upgrade (since a probably want get much better in a 1500-2000 dollar racerbike), eg with som mavic carbone sl wheels, because i guess wheels is the bikes weak point??
Alternativ is to buy a 3000 dollar racer like this one
