First of all, this forum is for bicycles, not motorcycles. But I can relate to your dilemna. Getting a motorcycle license in NJ can be like a Catch-22 situation if you're doing it on your own. Fortunately, private enterprise has stepped in to fill the gap, for a fee.

As for getting the bike home, why not just ask the seller to deliver it?
