Ok, I'll bite: The wattage output of that motor is equivalent to how many Corgis at full power?

Many of these sold on the open consumer market are rated for 200W or so. Such as this one: https://www.electricbike.com/gruber-assist/

Now a typical sled-dog is by approximations on the internet maybe 1/8 horsepower (~94W). A husky weighs what about 50#? A corgi is what maybe 25#?

So assuming a 1:1 power/weight correspondence between huskys and corgis....a 200W seat-tube motor is approximately 4.3 Cp (Corgi-Power).

That was an extremely impressive display of being nerdcore.

Somebody rep him, the RBR hamsters won't let me.

It wasn't her bike. I mean it was her bike, but then she sold it to a friend, and he put a motor in it, and accidentally left it near her bikes at the race so the mechanics accidentally thought it was hers and put it in with the race bikes. That's their story and they're stickin' to it. Happens all the time.

Yeah, all my friends have exactly the same bike as me and are set up just like mine.

And the only correct response to that is...

Repped!

BTW- 25 pounds is probably only good for a Pembroke. Our oldster Cardis are both over 33 pounds. The youngest is 37 pounds, and was nearly 40 in his halcyon youth. But he is big, even for a Cardigan.
(Note: we're only talking fit Corgis -not fat Corgis)

A variation of this thing happens to me all the time.

I don't know how many times I've been on a ride only to realize, much to my chagrin, that the bike I sold to a "friend*" was mechanically altered to make it slower... then accidentally slipped back into my garage just before my ride.

*Note: "Friend" may or may not be imaginary....

On the plus side, I think 'motordoping' gal and Lance are destined to marry and raise kids who cheat on all their tests at school.

She's not gonna be interested in Lance. The only thing unique about Lance in the pro cycling world is he got greedy and won too much.

She's a bike racer (or was), who does she think she is a politician... nobody will buy that crap... that is unless a sizeable donation is made to the UCI... ( so on second thought it does work like politics )
