I need to replace my wired computer and am considering a wireless model. I need to have cadence and a rear wheel sensors for winter training and am curious about 2.4 transmission. Do I need that - what does it do for me that standard (what is standard) transmissions wouldn't do???

This is the model I am considering....

its a trap!

i almost bought that one last week. but i read some pretty bad reviews of the 300 model. on the performance bike site of all places.
- HR monitor will disrupt the signal, giving wacky readings (if you use an HR monitor)
- poor battery life
- glitchy and innaccurate readings for both speed and cadance
- an issue with mounting on large chainstays
- some wheel/sensor mounting issues

I have the non-cadence version of that computer on 3 bikes. I have never had any interference on any of them. So far they have been the most reliable computers I've had.
