do u mean rims to build up, or just wheels with this feature?

not aware of any to build up, as for factory wheels, campy zonda, eurus and shamal are like this.... as are K elites? and SLs....

not sure u'd want a rim like this to build up... the magnet and pick method is pretty slow going.... personally i love ritchey snap-on rim strips so that's no problem.

Velocity made a rim for a short time. On the inside profile of the rim were square metal 'eyelets' that could slide around the rim in a slot. You could position the eyelets where needed and then spoke tension would presumably hold them in place. It was Velocity's attempt at a tubeless rim, however I never saw one in person and can't find any mention of it on their sites or in the catalog. I think it was called the "Girder?"
