Just picked one up recently for a dead bike at the shop (fedex casualty). It carries the Tange brand name and was surprisingly affordable from BTI- ask your LBS, they'll hook you up.

There's always the Wound Up Road Fork (disc tab is an option) and Team-X cyclocross forks.

While not to everyone's aesthetic, and certainly not aero, I've never ridden a fork with better ride quality and firm, precise handling in the twisties.

I have the No. 9 mountain bike fork and it's sweet.

ENVE road forks have straight steerers, and their cross forks can be ordered that way.
