That sounds incredibly frustrating. I hope you heal quickly & can get back on the road soon. I had a total knee replacement 8.5 weeks ago & I'm riding now, but slowly. If I average 12.5-13 mph on a flat ride with no wind, that's a good day for me.
Are you in physical therapy or any other kind of healing program? What does your doc say?
