[Hula Hoop]

I was using a shoe that turned out to be a half size too small, and not using
an insole with sufficient arch support. I am using the Specialized Red. Can
anyone recommend a good medium arch insole? Also, I noticed on very hard
rides, foot numbness is more of a problem, but that applies to all contact points
as well.
